Intensive Waivered Services
Specialized care, professional oversight, and instructional training to build independence and self-reliance.
What Are Intensive Waivered Services?
Intensive Waivered Services are specialized programs designed for individuals who require a higher level of assistance, skill-building, and professional oversight.
Unlike basic services, intensive programs focus heavily on training and rehabilitation. We empower individuals to learn new skills, manage their health independently, and integrate safely into the community. Our highly trained staff works closely with healthcare coordinators to execute customized care plans.
Our Intensive Support Programs
Targeted interventions to promote independence, safety, and community integration.
Semi-Independent Living Skills (SILS)
Training and support aimed at helping adults maintain or improve their ability to live independently in the community.
Individualized Home Support (with training)
Direct skill-building and instructional support to help individuals master daily living tasks and health management.
Individualized Home Support (without training)
Essential, direct supervision and assistance for individuals who need continuous help with daily activities but do not require instructional training.
Family Training Support
Specialized education and coaching provided directly to family caregivers to help them manage complex care routines safely.
